Shipping & Return Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Apparel Orders: We partner with a printing company based in Canada for our apparel needs. There may be an additional processing time of 3-4 business days on orders including apparel.

  • Merch Orders: Our partner in the United States handles our merch orders. There may be an additional processing time of 2-3 business days on orders including merch.

  • Shipping Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location, product choice, and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Estimated shipping times are:

    • Ground: 2-5 business days

    • Priority: 1-3 business days

    • Priority Express: 1-2 business days

  • Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions beyond our control.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we hope to expand soon!

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@mommyneedsafix.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Mommy Needs A Fix is not responsible for stolen packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@mommyneedsafix.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@mommyneedsafix.com.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to its perishable nature, we do not accept returns of coffee. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

  • We accept returns or exchanges of unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at contact@mommyneedsafix.com with your order number to initiate a return.
